Went for consultation twice. The first time I went, they said the CT machine was broken, so I had the consultation without a CT scan. The coordinator told me to come back for another consultation if I wanted Then I think I waited about 30 minutes in the consultation room for the surgeon. The consultation lasted like 10 minutes? I just left right after that. When I went back for a second consultation, I heard at the counter that they had consultations booked for 4 people at the same time. It felt like a factory, and the consultation was done so carelessly. The reviews are okay, but I feel like they would take care of me carelessly after surgery too, so I passed.
