Not even one star would be enough. Before surgery, they make you sign off on every clause that benefits them, and afterward their response is really terrible. After the nasal columella cartilage graft, the fixation came loose, and when I talk or laugh, there is a clicking sound and movement inside my nose that only I can feel. The doctor acknowledged it, and unlike the surgical review they posted on the site, the effect was really minimal, so I came back, but the director's attitude was just like, "just have another surgery then~" and then he shifted responsibility with things like, "didn't you touch your nose?" "wasn't it this? wasn't it that?" If I say I'm not happy, it's basically, "I already did the surgery, so look at the before-and-after photos and go." In the end, whatever the reason, the fact is the fixation came loose, and I didn't even want to face the doctor, so I asked for a refund minus the material cost, and they said there was a misunderstanding with the doctor, but what misunderstanding could there possibly have been...? The doctor causes the problem, and the consultation manager cleans it up. I'm very disappointed in the way they handle things. Don't ever expect kindness from the doctor.
