I went in for a consultation about nostril reduction, and the director really explained things well and looked at everything in detail, so I was the most satisfied. He also looked at my nose and said it would be good to do nose surgery together, which made me hesitate... I'm thinking about my nose, but if it doesn't really need to be touched, I don't want to do it.. I'm really torn...
