I've been a few months since I had surgery here. I visited a total of 5 places, including Unimedi, to shop around for consultations. At the time I booked the consultation, it was peak season, so reservations were a bit crowded, and I tried to schedule the consultation dates together if possible. Going around to different places was exhausting too;; The consultation was thorough and took about 40 minutes to an hour, and we only talked about the nose. I was told the bridge might look too obvious, so I was counseled on non-incisional alar reduction, improvement of alar drooping, columella grafting, the nasal tip, and improvement of alar curvature. I first met with the consultation manager, then the doctor explained things in more detail, and we clearly discussed what surgical method would be used and what changes would happen. At the end I talked again with the consultation manager about the cost. I had two consultations at Unimedi and then paid the deposit. In the end I had the 5 surgeries and procedures above. Right after it was done, I didn't need a separate splint. There wasn't much pain, just some bruising and swelling. But maybe because it was minimally invasive, it looked much better after a week, to the point that it wasn't visible when I applied BB cream. I liked that the nostril area and the tip and alar area became more refined and the line came out the way I wanted, so I was satisfied. The aftercare was good too, and I hope others definitely go in for follow-up checks. For reference, when I consulted I also brought questions about the procedure method, cost, aftercare, anesthesia, and a photo of the nose I wanted. Personally, I think it's a good clinic for alar reduction, so I would recommend Unimedi to people worried about a bulbous nose or a flat nose. That was my personal opinion.
