I only had a consultation and haven't decided on surgery yet. When I decided I was going to get alar reduction surgery and started looking for a hospital, Umedi stood out to me, so I went there for a consultation. They said my nose is also broad and that the alar wings are drooping^^.. I already knew my alar base was ugly, but maybe because it was my first cosmetic surgery consultation, hearing it said so directly felt like getting hit with a fact bomb I got consulted on minimal-incision alar reduction, improvement of alar drooping, improvement of alar curvature, and columella grafting. I consulted with both the consultation manager and the director, and they were both good, but I did feel like the consultation manager looked at things a bit more carefully~
