I had a consultation yesterday. I liked how they went into detail, but there were also parts where I was like, hmm, not sure. For nasal columella grafting, they recommended ear cartilage and acellular dermal matrix, but I saw on another cafe that acellular dermal matrix is controversial I'm curious why they recommended it I'll think about it more before deciding.
