I had alar reduction + nasal bridge filler + lifting here. I found them online and was most drawn to the fact that it was a private clinic where one doctor handled all the surgeries, without consulting around much. In the end, I was satisfied. My nostrils had to be done with an incision because non-incisional wasn't possible for my nose, and you can tell if you look from below. Other than that, people kept telling me I looked prettier, and the thrill of people not being able to tell what I had done is amazing. If you're worried, just go for it. The thing I trust most is that they understand the proportions between the nose and face well and don't recommend excessive plastic surgery.
