I arrived 5-10 minutes earlier than my appointment time, and even though there was no waiting, they deliberately (?) made me wait. The person who seemed to be the consultation manager also had nothing to do, was walking around the lobby, but didn’t tell me to come in.. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I asked why I still wasn’t being called in, and only then did they act busy and say the previous consultation had run long... I went there expecting a lot after seeing blog reviews, but I was very let down.
