Don't expect the doctor to be kind I had nostril reduction and it turned out naturally and nicely, so I'm satisfied But I think it probably depends on the person I wanted plastic surgery without adding silicone or cartilage, just nostril reduction, so I was satisfied in my own way because it didn't change my impression too much
