I had the alar reduction done by incision. Besides alar reduction, they also did some additional procedure for the alar base or something? and it added a few hundred thousand won, but I don't really remember. It's just average. I don't scar easily, so there are almost no marks now, but because it was a full incision, people sensitive to scars should think it over.
