Maybe because I have a thick bulbous nose, the director honestly said the surgical effect wouldn't be very large. The consultation was much longer than at other places. First, the coordinator explained the ideal overall shape of the nose almost like a lecture, and then the director also carefully explained the strengths and weaknesses of my nose. But hearing that the surgical effect would drop to less than half made me lose the desire to have surgery.
