Honestly, I wasn’t particularly interested in appearance, but I came after hearing people around me say I should consider fixing it. Even though it was my first consultation, I didn’t feel burdened. There was no pressure either, and I liked that they listened to my concerns and reflected them in the consultation! They didn’t go beyond the area I was concerned about, and they honestly said things like, 'This would be better this way' and 'That would turn out like this, so I don’t think you should do it.'
