There is a consultation fee of 10,000 won, and the consultation took a little over an hour. While the manager was explaining things, when I tried to speak she cut me off and only stated her own opinion, which caught me off guard. I went in for alar reduction only, but they explained my nose shape and recommended doing other surgeries together. + I was also additionally recommended columella improvement. I said I only wanted alar reduction, not the other things they recommended, but they said if I did that, my nose would look worse than if I did nothing. It felt like the hospital has an ideal nose shape in mind, and that they operate to match that shape.
