I went in only for nostril reduction but ended up also getting columella grafting with ear cartilage, and personally I'm really satisfied. The doctor and the consultation manager were both kind, listened to everything I said, and empathized with me, which I appreciated. The incision scar is neat too, and because it was under local anesthesia, staying awake during the procedure was really hard, but I felt that they were doing the surgery as quickly and cleanly as possible. Personally, I'm satisfied.
