The hospital staff weren't all that friendly, but the office manager consulted with me very carefully. I've been to a lot of hospitals, but this was the first place that actually shaped the nose for me. The doctor also spoke very kindly and looked at it professionally, which I liked. The consultation itself was convincing enough that I even left a deposit to reserve surgery, but the reviews for surgery here are really bad, so I'm hesitating...
