Consultation without a CT scan, and they explained things while drawing by hand. There was no consultation fee, but I liked that they took the time to consult carefully. They pointed out exactly which surgeries were and weren’t possible for my nose, and compared with how they tend to make the line elegant and glamorous, they recommended a safer surgical method, which made me trust them somehow. If their aesthetic sense had matched mine, I think I would have had surgery here. That said, the line they suggested felt more elegant and sharp than I had expected. Also, they said that if the septum is too small here, they use donated rib cartilage, but it bothered me that you can only tell that by opening the nose. The price was better than I expected too.
