The consultation time was extremely short, but they clearly and concisely pointed out only the key things and told me only the surgery I actually needed. The consultation manager somehow felt a bit.. uncomfortable.. Rather than helping with the consultation, it just felt like I was talking to an employee.. After the surgery, stitch removal a week later, and that was it.. They said there was no separate follow-up.
