It's a bit disappointing that they use a toothpick instead of a specialized tool(?) when defining the eyelid line. The consultation was handled kindly and well. However, it didn't feel like they were recommending only the procedures that were absolutely necessary. The consultation manager went ahead with the booking without telling me about the deposit refund policy, and I didn't know only 90% could be refunded.
