When I first went in for a consultation about double eyelid surgery + front canthoplasty, they were kind and explained things in great detail. Then I immediately booked surgery and went in, but right before the surgery, during the consultation, they said the line they had previously said was possible was actually impossible; for the front canthoplasty too, they didn't really show me anything properly and just said, 'This much should be enough, right?' And then right before surgery in the operating room, they said, 'Doing consultations right before surgery is work too, this is so tiring,' lol, while all the customers right in front were listening ^^
