I chose it based only on the doctor, because the doctor explained things in detail for quite a long time. I remember the consultation manager, who looked to be in her early 40s, clicking away at the monitor, sighing, and then saying, “So, are you going to do it?” while pushing for a same-day booking. She was pretty rude for someone trying to pressure me into booking that day... Right after seeing the doctor, I had been 100% set on making a reservation, but the consultation manager’s attitude was so awful that I felt turned off enough to consider not booking at all lol. And when measuring the circumference, she didn’t even show me the tape measure properly and just whipped it around on her own to calculate the price, so I couldn’t trust it. I got consultations for two areas, and since one was the base price while the other had an additional charge, I only had the area with the base price done. The surgery results are quite satisfying.
