The first thing I felt when I went there was that there were really so many foreign patients, and the hospital atmosphere was extremely busy. The waiting room was packed with people, so it was hectic, and the whole place felt a bit hectic. The first consultation with the doctor was brief and simple, and it ended after just the most basic explanation. He only gave a quick overview of what procedures might be needed, and there were no specific details. After that, I had a consultation with the consultation manager, and at first I was honestly surprised and not very happy because she recommended a procedure that was completely different from the ad I had seen. But when I brought up what I had seen in the ad again, she said that direction was possible too and adjusted things in a way like, “This would be more effective.” After that, I paid and went ahead with the procedure centered on the treatment I had originally been considering. There was a bit of confusion during the procedure, but they checked again and corrected it. The Botox was administered directly by the head doctor, who looked at my entire face first and gave straightforward advice about what kind of surgery would suit me and what direction would be best. I trusted him, and I could feel his professionalism. He also injected very quickly and decisively, so it hurt a little, but that made me feel he was skilled, and I was satisfied. Overall, there were so many people that it felt a bit chaotic, and it was disappointing that there was some confusion in the middle, but the medical staff’s skill and the procedure results themselves were quite satisfying.
