The director's consultation was quite professional, and when I said I wanted the square jaw to improve from the front rather than the side, they clearly understood my needs and said that would require cortical osteotomy. I asked whether the chin wouldn't need to be shaved, and they said that short chins are a bit trendy these days, but my chin is an appropriate length, so they thought the chin didn't need to be touched. They don't do overtreatment. The before-and-after photos shown at the hospital also looked natural and pretty, without any artificial feel.
