I had my first surgery as a buried suture double-eyelid procedure, and was told it would definitely loosen later, so we should do a revision with incision then (I have keloid-prone skin). It felt too risky to go into surgery already planning for a revision, so I passed. The director was still kind and explained things well. I just had it done as an incision procedure at another hospital and I'm satisfied.
