I got a consultation for revision eye surgery. There was no help shaping the eye, and they said there was no part where they could promise the shape. The consultation ended really quickly. The consultation manager also said there was no part where they could promise the shape, and that they'd only know after actually doing the surgery. But on the other hand, I've never seen a hospital that talks this realistically before, so my trust level is high. Still, since there is basically nothing you can know before surgery, I don't know.
