I had eye lateral canthoplasty, and even now, 8 years later, it still hasn’t reattached. The surgical effect is definite, but a slight scar remains I’m sure their skill has improved even more since then. Back then, there wasn’t as much information about lateral canthoplasty as there is now, but even so, the effect was definitely there.
