The consultation with the director was fine and the reviews seemed good, so I had a short consultation and booked surgery. On the surgery day, I went in to decide the design, and the director felt much colder than usual, maybe because something had happened. Even when I went in, they were reading documents, so when I stayed quiet they started with, “What do you want to say?” Because the earlier consultation had been too short, I asked about a lot of things and chose the specific design. Looking at the memo they had made, they asked why I was changing things now on the surgery day when I had said I wanted it this way during the consultation... But I hadn’t said that at the consultation; they had written it down themselves. They seemed to want to rush through everything, so the first response was not good and it made me worry. I can understand that they’re tired of patients asking annoying questions, so I tried my best not to do that, but... it would be better if they were a little less cold. The pre-surgery design was extremely meticulous, and from then on I could feel the director’s concentration and attention to detail. After surgery, I didn’t see the director during recovery. I didn’t see them when I went for disinfection the next day either.. Front desk: The surgery instructions and such came just the day before around 3 PM.. After surgery, I was given only a single paper handout even though I couldn’t even see well. Every time I made a reservation, they called to confirm whether I could come on time. Service: The staff are all nice, but it feels more like a hospital-centered system than a customer-centered one. Surgery contract: The contract is extremely detailed. I was especially surprised by a clause saying that if you get surgery at the event price, you can’t have that area done at another hospital for 5 years. They also said they can’t give me a copy of the contract.. I’m so swollen right now that I can’t really tell, but I hope it turns out well. If the surgery result is good, I’ll be satisfied, but objectively speaking the service and the hospital’s attitude are just so-so... I’m only trusting the director’s skill..
