To sum it up in one sentence: 1. The staff are the only ones who are kind. 2. Uneven line + the adhesion came loose. First of all, whether or not you agree to provide photos, they take very careful photos of everything. And in the end, after the revision surgery, it opened up again after just 4 months + the double eyelid line became uneven + the scar tissue came up badly + they refused after-service. When I went back because it had loosened, their attitude was already different from when I first went. Even though it was obvious to anyone that the eye had completely opened back up and absolutely needed after-service, they pulled the move of saying it looked fine to them. When I said they should at least remove the scar tissue that formed during the loosening process, they said they would charge a fee. What was even more ridiculous was that even if they couldn’t do the revision surgery, if they only removed the scar tissue, they said they would still charge the same as the revision surgery cost. They said it plainly: 280 그대로. Personally, I was so stunned by that that I had nothing to say. It felt immediately like they had no intention of doing anything at all. The director became defensive from the start and stubbornly kept saying they couldn’t do after-service, so I had nothing left to say to that. In the end, I got one ruined eye with a collapsed line, asymmetry, and bumpy raised scar tissue. They took photos themselves, so they know.. You should be prepared because if you go back about after-service, you can experience their attitude changing in a truly childish way firsthand. Of course there are plenty of hospitals out there, so I strongly recommend looking around a lot and thinking carefully. The staff work hard, so they’re not to blame. I just hope there won’t be more victims like me with asymmetry + loosening + scar tissue + after-service refusal.. If you trust the director’s baseless confidence from the first consultation 그대로, you may end up staring at your completely loosened eye a few months later and even feel murderous rage.
