In the case of Mint Plastic Surgery, I went there because I heard about it through word of mouth, and the director's consultation definitely conveyed a lot of professionalism and experience. They had a clear point of view too, so I’d recommend it to anyone going around for consultations to give it a try once. The facility looked a bit old-fashioned(?), but it was still within an acceptable range. However, after the later consultation with the manager, I completely lost all good feelings. They weren’t kind, and there was a bit of a condescending vibe to them
