It's been a little over 3 years since my nose surgery. People don't usually ask directly, but I think it hardly looks like I've had nose surgery at all, and it's extremely natural. It's not a completely ideal nose shape, but personally I'm very satisfied. It just feels naturally improved. They raised the tip with the septum and did osteotomy on the bridge of the nose.
