I had a consultation with the director, G.B.Y. He spoke in a soft, kind tone and explained the surgical method by drawing it out while neatly defining the line. However, there were so few reviews that I couldn't feel confident about the actual results. The coordinator also didn't seem very familiar with the dates for post-op progress checks or the pricing. The wait was short, which was nice. It was the place I struggled with until the very end when deciding whether to go ahead with surgery.
