It all came undone in just 2 weeks. I deliberately chose alkkum, but alkkum or whatever, it all came undone in just 2 weeks and it feels like a waste of money. I’m just thinking of getting surgery with an incision instead. I don’t recommend non-incisional alar reduction anywhere. This is my second time, and both times it loosened again after not long. All that’s left is a red scar.
