It has been exactly 2 years since I had hump nose surgery with non-implant materials (ear cartilage, septum). I still haven't had a single side effect, and there has been no sagging or drooping, and the shape is exactly the same. I specifically asked for a round tip because I wanted it to be completely unnoticeable, and I really like the side profile. I had a slightly bulbous nose and a crooked nose, and I'm happy that both were corrected (they said the crooked nose was also straightened as a service by setting the septum in place properly). After the surgery, I heard a lot that my side profile was pretty! But my columella was already very droopy, and what I wanted was a slightly more projected columella, so I requested that, but there is no difference from before surgery, so I regret it.. I think there was a communication error, but don't just ask verbally, please make sure to bring photos and show them Also, during the consultation, they said my nose would move naturally, so I wondered if I could do the pig nose pose too, but the tip doesn't compress as much as I expected, so that's a bit disappointing (since this was at the hospital where I had my first consultation, it might be my fault for not looking into it enough) Somehow I ended up writing more about the bad points, but I am very satisfied
