The consultation only lasted a few minutes, so it's honestly hard to say how professional the consultation was. I liked that they recommended avoiding osteotomy as much as possible. But the cost was also a factor, and the consultation director didn't seem very professional... If the consultation with the doctor had been long and detailed, maybe it would have been different, but it wasn't, so my satisfaction wasn't very high. I had high expectations because there were so many reviews in this community, but maybe that's why... Still, the doctor was friendly and very human, which I liked! I guess it was because the consultation time was set ambiguously... a bit disappointing.
