I came after having surgery that same day / a story about waiting for more than two hours / My surgery was scheduled for 10:30, and I arrived today at 10:10. I thought it was my first surgery, but at 11:00 they told me that the surgery before mine was running late, so I had to keep waiting because I was told I could only go to the operating room after seeing the director. That was it, and then I waited a long time again. I think I saw the director for less than 5 minutes. After washing up, they said I would now go upstairs to the operating room, so I thought it was finally starting, but they assigned me to a hospital room instead. The room condition was not clean, and they guided me to a cramped side room. I felt terrible. On top of all the waiting, the room was so bad, and then I had to change clothes there and keep waiting again, while the nurses kept taking turns saying 20 minutes, 30 minutes. (They only told me that after I asked, and then it took a long time before they came in.) I was really angry. I really wanted to yell, but since I came here for surgery, yelling would only be bad for me, so I held it in. Of course not everyone was like that, but some of the consultation coordinators were very unpleasant and, how should I say, irritating...? They kept smiling and repeating only that the surgery before mine was taking longer. They only kept saying there was nothing they could do. Then they should not have scheduled the surgery like this in the first place, right? They just kept saying sorry over and over. If the result is bad, I really feel like going back and getting angry^^ I do not know whether I really had to receive this treatment after paying this much money. The female coordinators were all unpleasant. For reference, I am the kind of person who prefers harmony and has barely ever gotten angry in my life
