Personally, the cost was the biggest advantage here. The manager's consultation was fine, but the director felt a bit like he was answering in a rather perfunctory way, which was disappointing. It seemed like the manager explained more? Honestly, the consultation itself wasn't bad, but I got the feeling it probably wouldn't suit me well..
