It's now been almost a year since the surgery, and I had the side cheekbones done, but there is sagging. The side cheekbones didn't come down much either, and even though I had the muscle-axis surgery, I still need Botox. They gave me the Botox for free. When I got the rainbow injection, my temples caved in a lot and I developed a side effect.
