They said closed rhinoplasty lacks precision, so even if I didn’t want to add septal cartilage, it seemed like they had to do it with an open approach no matter what.. There were more before-and-after photos shown during the director consultation than on the website~ They were kind, and said they would make it natural just the way I wanted.
