First of all, I had my revision nose surgery done here last year. I don't really remember the price from then, so I wrote it down approximately. There was a bit of a wait for the consultation, but I communicated well with the consultation manager, and although it wasn't very detailed, they explained the problem areas of my nose in a way that matched my own thoughts to some extent. Then, during the consultation with the doctor I met next, I felt confident right away that I should have it done here. The explanation was detailed and calm, and while carefully explaining the issues with my nose, they also explained all the materials and what should be used, so I was able to prepare myself mentally. In my first surgery at another hospital, I had a hump nose, but they only shaved down the bridge, leaving the height difference on both sides of the bridge uneven. So even though I had nose surgery, it didn't even look like I'd had surgery. Here, they did the osteotomy well so that the bridge became symmetrical, and they corrected the asymmetry on both sides. (During the consultation, they told me in advance that even if osteotomy is done, asymmetry can still remain when the nose is raised, so I took that into account, but fortunately the asymmetry did not happen.) It seems the septal support used to lift the tip in my first surgery had been absorbed, and my nostrils were gradually turning up so my nose had become shorter. The doctor here restored it as close to normal as possible. Although it is a bit firm because silicone, donated rib cartilage, and ear cartilage were used, if they hadn't done that, my short, upturned nose might never have been restored to its original state.. So I'm satisfied now. I didn't know this, but the doctor here told me that at the first clinic they had only placed a short piece of silicone at the tip of my nose, and that's how I found out. They also removed that short silicone piece and even took out filler that had been injected a long time ago (they explained everything while operating..;) When I took off the splint after the revision surgery here, I thought it had failed because my nose was too high and too pointed, but now, one year later, it has settled down a bit and become a naturally high, straight nose. The nostrils that looked upturned have improved a lot, and saying I'm 100% satisfied would be a lie, but I'm about 90% satisfied, so I think I did well to have my nose surgery here. My nose was in a total mess that was difficult to operate on because another hospital had ruined it, and I'm grateful to the doctor for saving it as much as possible. If I had one regret, it would be my memory that the operating room was very small and that the nurses in the operating room were not kind.. I still can't forget the emotionless look I saw when I was lying on the operating table.
