An acquaintance of mine had a nose revision surgery here. At other hospitals, everyone said the silicone had to be replaced, but here they only did an autologous costal cartilage graft for the nasal tip without an implant for the bridge, and they said they’re satisfied. To me it looks natural too, so I’m going here for a consultation as well.
