Review

The manager was very, very kind and empathized well. Her tone was also gentle. But I don't think she was able to catch the details about my nose in a really professional way. The director seemed quite firm. He recommended doing it naturally. He also joked around and, since it looked like I was nervous, I liked that he tried to make the atmosphere comfortable. The manager was kind, but I think it would have been better if someone with more expertise had handled it for me..
