When I said I came from overseas, did they think I didn't know the prices? It was my first surgery and my nose isn't even that hard to operate on. I already had a basic bridge anyway. Before coming here, I had also consulted in the U.S. just in case. For silicone, they quoted $500 for the first surgery, so I immediately looked for another hospital
