The friendliness was moderate, the explanations were moderate, but I felt reassured because I saw a lot of the exact case photos I wanted. I also work in a field where I do general consultations for other people, so sometimes I leave out detailed explanations. In those cases, though, you need case photos that match, and they had a lot of photos of cases like hooked nose + no implant, which made comparison easy. They also had drawings explaining the methods for each type of nose surgery, which I could look at while waiting. The director was also not overbearing and was kind. The doctor's explanation did not leave a strong impression.
