I had surgery here at first, but it ended up a bit crooked, so I had a revision. Before the very first surgery, they said that if any side effects happened, they would do a free revision within 2 years, so I went back. But before the surgery, the nasal asymmetry wasn't visible, and after they raised it, it became noticeable, so I had the revision. Of course, from my point of view I was pretty angry. Since reopening the nose can cause side effects again, I asked whether I had to pay for the medication related to the surgery, and they said, of course, in that tone like, 'yes, of course^^'. I got mad and said, 'You made the mistake, so why should I pay?' and only then did they say they'd ask the director and contact me again... lol. For the first surgery, I didn't do the rhinitis surgery because it wasn't covered by insurance, but for the second surgery they said they would do it, so I had the rhinitis surgery too. Afterward, what annoyed me was that other surgery patients were given pumpkin juice and all sorts of things, but I was treated like a second-class patient. There wasn't anything special given to me, and they just said to come back in a week to check the progress. So I said okay and came back for a follow-up consultation a week later. Then they said if there's no problem in the future, I don't need to come. The star rating is based on the first surgery.
