I had septal deviation correction and cosmetic surgery together. After the surgery, my nose was done too high, like an avatar, and the crookedness was even more obvious, so I asked for a revision. They lowered only the silicone through a non-open approach, but the result became even more crooked haha. It bent a lot toward the nostril on the non-open side. If you saw the photos, you'd be shocked. So I'm thinking about getting a revision surgery at another hospital~
