I had hump nose surgery about 7 years ago, and it failed on the first attempt, so the director looked at my nose and apologized, saying they would do a revision surgery, so I had it done again. But nothing changed, so I just cut ties... The director isn't a board-certified plastic surgeon, but an ENT specialist. I realized that plastic surgery has to be done by a plastic surgeon ^^
