I went for a consultation yesterday, and the doctor kept speaking to me informally... That was what bothered me the most... So I gave the doctor’s kindness just 3 points... But the treatment consultation was professional. They kept comparing photos and explaining which area would be operated on and how, so I felt somewhat reassured.
