I had surgery for nose revision, and my rhinitis improved a lot too. A year later it has come back somewhat, but it's still much better. I didn't change the nose shape dramatically; I just had surgery to improve it, and I'm satisfied. It seems like their additional aftercare is really good too. I even plan to have another revision later when I want to change the shape.
