There was a bit of a wait despite the consultation appointment time. The manager and the doctor were both kind and explained the surgery method well! But maybe because it's an ENT specialist..(?) anyway, since they also do functional procedures, they recommended a rhinitis surgery. Still, they weren't forceful and were kind.
