First of all, the consultation manager was kind. But I felt that the person sitting at the counter was a bit unfriendly. The doctor seemed to have a very clear idea of the kind of nose he wanted to make. I liked that they said my rhinitis surgery could be covered by insurance. But the surgical explanation was a little lacking.
