Review

Both the manager and the director were really kind. The director was truly in full-on kindness mode. He kept smiling while explaining things and only pointed out exactly what needed to be done. The overall atmosphere was good, but when the manager explained the procedure in more detail, that part felt a bit off. It was a little like, oh,,, I’m surprised, because the manager was explaining the detailed procedure that should have come from the director’s consultation?
